Suede Collection

More aptly, and to be upfront, this should actually be called the "faux suede" collection. We explored options for real leather suede, being a bit biased toward its luxuriousness softness ourselves. But, as selective as we were about our silk fabrics, sourcing for quality suede, especially when we cared about the entire process of treating the material, steered us toward using man-made suede. We adore quality leather products, so we're not ones to wave the environmental flag - yet, after understanding the process of how the materials are made, we couldn't rationalize utilizing real suede over the perfectly suitable man-made variety. Faux suede is actually softer, more resilient, and, frankly, less odorous, than the real thing. Best of all, it is far easier to care for. We still recommend dry-cleaning for best results, but, with the proper tools, you can spot-clean these pillows without fading the colors or damaging the materials. Designs in this collection make use the brilliant colors that we could not obtain from silks, and the durability of the material led us to incorporate more playful designs as well.
